What size storage units do you have?
Nine units. Five are 3x3x7 lockers at 9 square feet, sized for boxes, bins, and seasonal gear. The other four run 36 to 84 square feet and hold furniture, mattresses, and bikes. We do not offer a 10x10. Our largest unit is 12x7, or 84 square feet.
Where are your storage units located?
Located in downtown State College near PSU. It is walking distance from most of our properties and from Penn State's University Park campus.
Can I get into my unit at night or on weekends?
Yes. Every unit has 24 hour access and drive-up loading.
Do you rent month to month, or by the year?
Both. We offer short term and long term rentals, plus summer storage packages for Penn State students.
Do I have to be a Westside Village resident to rent a unit?
No. Storage is open to students and non-students, whether or not you rent an apartment from us.
