Rental, Parking and Security Deposit Payments

Rent and parking payments are due on the first each month. All payments can be dropped off or mailed to our office. Our address is as follows:

Westside Village accepts checks and money orders for rent, parking and security deposit payments. All checks are payable to Westside Village. All rent checks must be paid by one check OR all checks for the full rent amount must be in one envelope. Parking payments and security deposit payments must be made separately from rent and written as two separate checks. You may however, include any utility payments, if applicable in with your rental check/s. For after hours convenience, you may place your rent check in the rent drop slot located in our office door.
