Parking Spaces

Westside Village leases parking spaces to residents and non residents. Our parking spaces are conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown State College and close to the Penn State University campus - perfect for both students and professionals.

Please review our parking space inventory below to find the space that meets your needs. To lease a parking space, simply print and complete the online lease application and bring or mail it, along with a check for the first month's rent, to our rental office.

123 South Gill Street We have parking available at super rates for both our residents and non residents. Was $70 per month. Now on sale for $60 per month or $5 per day. Yearly, semester, monthly and even daily parking rentals available. Less than a 10 minute walk to Old Main.
