| LEASING WILL BEGIN ON OCTOBER 26, 2009 FOR THE 2010/2011 YEAR

| We will begin leasing on a first come first serve basis on October 26th. If you are interested in securing something that day be prepared to pay a $35.00 application per person and have a seperate check or money order for a security deposit. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. We will be posting available apartments/houses as it becomes available, so please keep checking our website frequently for updated rental information. Our site will have a complete updated avaialbility list on October 23.
*****Please note your parents will be asked to sign a notarized parental guaranty form, this will need to be turned in within a week of signing your lease. A copy of this form can be found on this website under the future resident tab*****
