Thank you for your interest in Westside Village. Please click here for information on how to be placed on our waiting list. We will begin accepting applications on October 4, 2011 at 9am. We will begin to schedule to viewings of available properties on October 4, 2011 and will begin finalize leases on October 10th at 9am. Do not camp out or show up without an appointment on October 10th. We will be contacting groups on our wait list to schedule appointments. Our current residents have been given until 5 PM October 3rd, to renew their lease. After October 3rd we will be contacting people on our waiting list to finalize leases. We will assign the available units to those on our waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a $75 non-refundable fee to be placed on the waiting list. There is also a non-refundable $45 application fee per person, which is due at the time of lease signing. We accept check or money order.

If you would like to view an apartment prior to turning in your applications you can schedule an appointment starting on October 4, 2011. Showings are by appointment only Monday thru Friday 10am to 4:30 pm.

All Westside Village leases are joint and several, meaning everyone signing the lease is held equally responsible. We view you as a group not individuals. Please keep this in mind when you are signing the lease. Make sure you are signing with people you trust, as you could be held responsible if they do not pay their portion of the rent. It is a good idea to read the lease ahead of time.

We ask that everyone who is going to be living at the residence be present at the time of lease signing. We understand that there maybe schedule conflicts, please make sure you work this out ahead of time. Depending on how prepared you are it can take as little as 10 minutes to sign a lease. The more prepared you are the less time it is going to take to get you through the rental process.

You will need a security deposit equal to one months rent at lease signing. For security deposits we only accept checks or money orders. You and your roommates can pay separate checks for the security deposit, however it must equal one month’s rent. Please bring a photo ID with you to sign the lease.

Everyone that is going to live in the house/apartment must sign the lease and your parents will be asked to sign a notarized parental guaranty form, which must be mailed back to our office within 5 business days of lease signing.

We do not accept fax, email, or copies of the parental guaranty form; it must be the original notarized copy. If your parents refuse to sign a copy of the parental guarantee form NO ONE from your apartment will be permitted to live at Westside Village. Please make sure you check with your parents prior to signing the lease.

A copy of the parental guaranty form can be found on our website. Your parents may print this out, take it to a notary, and mail it directly to our office. You do not have to drop off the guaranty to us, it is usually faster and easier for your parents to mail it directly back to us. We ask that both parents sign the parental guaranty form.
